Account statements are available in the KH app!
- Your account statement lists all completed transactions that occurred in your account during the requested period, including transfers and money movement between accounts.
- If you had a Savings Goal balance during the requested period, that will be displayed on the Summary page of the statement.
- We're unable to update the mailing addresses on previously issued statement.
Accessing your Account Statements
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Tap Statements to see a list of your monthly statements.
- Select the month you'd like to view, or create a custom statement.
Creating a Custom Statement
- Tap Create in the upper right corner of the account statement page.
- Select a date range to create and download your statement.
Important to Note:
- Monthly account statements are automatically generated by the sixth calendar day of each month for the previous month. For example, your statement for September 2026 will become available through the app on October 6th, 2026.
Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
