How do I find a Fee Free ATM?

With an in-network ATM locating feature built right into our app, finding the nearest free in-network ATM to withdraw funds from your KH Card has never been easier!

To access the ATM locator, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Wallet tab.
2. Tap Move Funds.
3. From the pop-up menu that appears tap Find an ATM.
4. From there, you are shown a map outlining nearby ATMs.
   • You can filter the ATMs shown by tapping any of the icons in the top portion of the ATM locator tool, which helps locate free, in-network ATMs by default and provides options to help you locate ATMs open 24/7, as well as handicapped accessible ATMs.

About ATM Fees

You are entitled to eight (8) free in-network Allpoint ATM transactions per month. After reaching this limit, a $2.00 fee is applied to each ATM transaction until the start of the next month.

For ATM withdrawals made outside our network, a $2.00 fee is applied in accordance with the Cardholder Agreement, in addition to any fees charged by the ATM.

What is considered out-of-network?

Any ATM outside of the Allpoint network is considered out-of-network and is subject to a withdrawal fee. To clarify further, if an ATM is not listed as "Fee Free" when using the ATM locator in our app, it is considered out-of-network. 

What about international ATM usage?

• When using your KH card internationally, a $3.00 ATM withdrawal fee is applied.
• Additionally, a 4% international transaction fee is charged on the transaction amount after conversion to USD. These fees are in addition to any charges applied by the ATM provider.

How can these fees be avoided?

1. Find a Fee Free, in-network ATM in your area using the in-app ATM locator.
2. Use our card directly for purchases and bill payments.
3. Transfer money to your external bank account using our no-fee transfer option.

The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
