If you're not receiving the text verification code to authenticate an online purchase, try the following steps below.

Verify your phone number
- Ensure the number displayed matches the phone number on your Branch account.

Update your phone number
- If you no longer have access to the phone number on your Branch account, follow the steps in How do I update my phone number? to update it.

Check your network connection
- Make sure you have a stable network connection or are connected to Wi-Fi.

Check with your service provider
- Contact your mobile provider to check for blocked numbers or spam filters that may be preventing you from receiving the (OTP) verification code.

The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
