How do I transfer my money out of my account?

Effortlessly move money out of your KH card wallet directly within the app! Choose the transfer option that works best for you. Explore seamless fund transfers for a hassle-free financial experience.

1. Navigate to the Wallet tab in the app.
2. Tap Move Funds.
3. Select a transfer option.
4. Enter the amount of funds that you would like to transfer from your KH card Wallet.
5. Swipe up to submit on the confirmation page.

Transfer Options

1. Instant Transfer (Via an external debit card) | Fees Apply

Branch’s Instant Transfer option allows you to send funds from your KH card wallet to an eligible, external U.S. bank account via a connected debit card through Mastercard Send. Most instant transfers are usually completed within 30 minutes but may be delayed by service disruptions or connection issues.

When transferring funds instantly to your debit card, a fee will be deducted based on the transfer amount. The fee will be subtracted from the total amount you requested for the instant transfer. These transfers happen immediately, so if the transfer is successful, the funds will be instantly deducted from your KH card wallet balance.

Fee Schedule

• For for W-2 workers, the fee is $2.99-$4.99 (based on amount).
• For for 1099 workers, the fee is 2% of the transaction amount, with a fee minimum of $2.99.

2. Standard Transfer (Bank) | No Fees Apply

Standard transfers to your external checking account are processed through ACH without any charges. This process takes 3–5 business days to complete. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Important to Note:

• You cannot link a Branch-issued debit card for an external transfer.
• You can pay your bills using your account and routing number or your physical KH debit card.
